Three Intentions

What intentions you set when you get up in the morning is very important. That is going to lead you through the day. Get up with three strong intentions.

Today I will make sure to be happy..

Today I will be of benefit and service to others.

Today I won’t harm anybody physically or mentally.

Daily setting these three intentions go a great way in changing your life. Try holding them in your mind as you go about your daily activities. This will help you in letting go of negative thoughts and cultivating beneficial ones.

If you tend to forget to set your intention when you wake up, place a Post-it note on your alarm clock, bathroom mirror, refrigerator, or wherever it might help you remember these three thoughts throughout the day.
