When was the last time you thought to express your gratitude? Most people probably spend more time complaining about lack, than being grateful for what they have already got. There is immense power in expressing gratitude, and you can learn it too. Saying thank you is simply expressing your gratitude, and gratitude is something that you could be carrying around with you every day, just like a wallet you move around with.
The things that matter most, to most people are health, love, peace security and happiness. All the money in the world won’t make you happy if you don’t have an abundance of these things in your life. Gratitude is an emotion which attracts abundance of love, peace and happiness.
Gratitude is easy to incorporate into your life. You just need to become aware of it and create the emotion of thankfulness.
When was the last time someone thanked you for some help you have rendered to them. How did you feel then? Remember that feeling now and bring it to your body. Remind yourself how nice it was, and keep it in your heart chakra. That is the first step to being grateful.
