Don’t sleep while you are awake

We know that meditation is the way to create awareness. So we may meditate for an hour twice a day to go deep in to you to feel the tranquillity and eternal self. During the time when you are not meditating you are involved with the thoughts of the past and future resulting in worries and tension. When you are connected with the external you have no other choice.Hours and hours of negative thinking may unwind whatever positivity you have built with your meditation

Even when you are not meditating, be aware. Realise the treasure that are within you for your use. With all the power and strength inside you why should you worry at all? Your destiny is in your own hands. Be aware of it and be in the now. World is yours. So don’t sleep while you are awake
