Affirmations are a tool to reprogram your mind. The affirmation is the thought that starts the process of reprogram the mind and to take it to a higher level. You then need to follow through with the feeling and action. Example… I, Shaji Karun, am so happy and grateful now that I have more than enough money. I then close my eyes and feel it. Using a visualization of what it’s like to have more than enough. Booking my vacation, living in my dream house, driving my Rolls Royce  .Then I follow through with action of really being grateful for the money flowing in and out of my life right now… So I say thank you to the Universe and feel it as if money has come to me and this is the important part…. I say thank you when I pay my bills, buy food and all of it. No more complaining and feeling lack. THAT IS HOW AFFIRMATIONS WORK.

Many are confused about a thing

• People say if you want something think about it for 15 min and then let it go it’ll come to you

• People say if you want something you should start working on it

• People say if you want something think as if you have it and you’ll have it

Many don’t understand what’s right

It’s not think as if you have it but step into the energy as if you already have it. There’s a huge difference in that.

For instance, you desire a relationship. You visualize it and let the thought of it go. To feel yourself in a relationship you imagine what it would feel like. Well, that feeling is being in love. So you step into that energy of feeling loved and being in love without focussing on the outcome.

Feeling in love is an awesome feeling of gratitude, excitement, joy, happiness etc. You can be in love without a relationship or focussing on that.

So that is the difference. It is not taking action for the sake of taking action

It is taking action when inspired action comes. That is the difference.

When momentum of the right energy flow comes to you then you step into that energy by taking action you are inspired to do. Like a whisper you get on a feeling or just an excited energy to do something. Then you do it because that is the momentum that you are co-creating with the Universe. To let that inspired action go by is equal as stepping out of the momentum.

I had to give some really good advice today to a client of mine, and to really go on to focus on her manifesting. Her ex husband is no longer with her, leaving her for another woman . Yes! Negative thinking can really take hold and steer things in the wrong direction, in all aspects of life. So, for forward thinking I told her to think that she was lucky to have known a love like they had, she was  to be thankful for the memories she have and cherish, and although it may seem painful she  has to be grateful for the lesson she was shown, that finally got through her head, and for the others she wasn’t even aware of. She could change by affirming “I am lucky, I am thankful, I am grateful”
